Real medicine would not be advertised online, instead, if the medicine is real, it would be announced to the whole nation or world and be sold at pharmacies or hospitals. Photo attachments may be fabricated through advanced technological softwares that are downloadable on the internet, or it may just be a plastic bottle with a sticker on it.
He should not open the attachment as it may contain viruses, trojan horses, spams, or an opportunity for people to hack into his e-mail, leading to more spams. Instead, he should delete it immediately. Anyway, if he sends the money to the probably non-existent address, nothing may come even if he waits for a million years.
